Work included early cost planning and elemental estimating in line with SRA requirements, supported by site visits and reference measurements. During procurement, tender documentation was reviewed from a commercial perspective, a comprehensive Schedule was produced to aid Principal budgeting and tenderers with analysis of submissions and input into tender evaluation and recommendations.
Throughout the construction BQH were on hand to support the Project Manager in delivering this heritage icon.
